1. Eligibility For Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The return is initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.

The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition.

The item is returned in its original PapinoTies packaging, including the box, inserts, and any certificates.

The plastic security ribbon attached to the item must be fully intact and not removed or damaged.
Items with a broken or removed ribbon seal are not eligible for return or refund.
2. How To Request A Refund
To initiate a refund request:

Email info@papinoties.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the return.

Await confirmation and return instructions from our customer support team.

Return the product using a trackable and insured courier. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties.
We strongly recommend retaining proof of shipment until your return is confirmed as received.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items returned without original packaging and/or with the ribbon seal removed.

Gift wrapping or styling services (if already rendered).

Custom orders or personalized items (unless defective).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe your item arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Include photos and a description of the issue.
We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item, as appropriate.
