We offer worldwide express shipping via DHL, with full tracking and signature-required delivery.

Processing time for orders is generally 3–4 business days. Delivery timelines vary by destination.

In rare cases, we may be unable to ship to certain countries due to international trade restrictions or carrier limitations.

Shipping is free unless otherwise stated. Any shipping exceptions will be clearly disclosed at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item is unworn

• It is returned in its original packaging

• The original plastic ribbon seal is intact

 Items with the seal removed are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects on unworn items.

 Each piece is individually handcrafted and thoroughly inspected prior to shipment.

For any post-purchase issues, please contact us with order details. We may offer repair or replacement support depending on the situation. Some repairs may incur additional costs.

Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Items worn or modified by the buyer
