At PapinoTies, we are committed to delivering a seamless, secure, and premium shopping experience for our global clientele. Below you’ll find all the information you need regarding shipping timelines, return procedures, and important terms that apply to your purchase.

1. Shipping Information

1.1 Shipping Provider
We ship worldwide via DHL Express, offering door-to-door delivery with signature confirmation. Every shipment is insured and includes full tracking.
1.2 Processing Time
All items are handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch. Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing before shipping.
1.3 Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Israel: 1–2 business days after shipment

  • Europe & North America: 2–5 business days after shipment

  • Rest of the world: 4–7 business days after shipment

Delays may occur due to customs clearance or external courier issues.
1.4 Shipping Fees
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, excluding regions under trade restrictions or embargoes. If shipping to your country is not available, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

2. Import Taxes & Duties

Buyer Responsibility
We do not collect VAT, GST, or customs fees. All import duties, regional taxes, and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary by destination country.
Please consult your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before the item is shipped. Once your item is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@papinoties.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number.

4. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

4.1 Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.

4.2 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unworn and in original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories

  • The plastic security ribbon attached to the product must be intact

Any item with a broken or removed ribbon seal is not eligible for return or refund.

4.3 Return Costs

Return shipping costs, including customs or import charges for returns, are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

4.4 Return Instructions

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@papinoties.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item in its original box, with the ribbon intact.

Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your item with a different design or model, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.

6. Warranty & Repairs

6.1 Warranty for Manufacturing Defects

All PapinoTies jewelry is handmade and undergoes professional quality control before shipping. We provide a limited warranty for unworn items with manufacturing defects only.

To report an issue:

  • Contact info@papinoties.com with photos, your order number, and a description of the issue.

  • We will review and guide you through the next steps.

  • If accepted, the item will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

6.2 Post-Purchase Repairs

If your item requires repair due to wear or accidental damage, we offer post-sale support and repair services. Fees may apply depending on the situation. Contact us to receive an individual assessment and service quote.
